Candice’s father died when she was 4 years old. While she has few direct memories of her dad, she feels his presence in many ways. Candice did not let the loss of her dad detract her from her dreams of playing basketball for Stanford University and then playing professionally. Candice is a WNBA Champion who has powerful messages to share with kids living through a significant loss.
