It's tough to lose my mom at a young age, but she shaped me into the man I am today
College football star Rodney Adams lost his mother, who was also his best friend, in a car accident during Rodney’s freshman year of college. He felt lost and alone. He channeled his energy into playing football, since that was “a time to get away, a time to get your anger out.” Rodney credits the support of his family, friends and the USF program for helping him pull through.
