Once you start talking about it you realize that actually you're part of quite a big club

Prince Henry’s mother, Diana, died in a car crash when Henry was just 12 years old. Harry says that he shut down his emotions for 20 years, which had a quite serious effect on his personal and professional life. “All of a sudden, all this grief that I never processed sort of came to the forefront, and it was like, there’s actually a lot of stuff here I need to deal with,” Harry said. “I know there’s huge merit in talking about your issues and the only thing about keeping it quiet, it’s only ever going to make it worse — not just for you but everybody else around you as well — because you become a problem and I, through a lot of my 20s, was a problem and I didn’t know how to deal with it.” With the support of his family and friends, Harry has sought out help and is doing well.
